What is Digital Printing?

Commercially, Digital Printing falls into 2 basic formats:

• The “Small Stuff” and…
• The “Big Stuff”

Our nitch on the “Small Stuff” will print up to a 12″ x 18″ sheet stock. We are variable data capabilities, with a CMYK high-speed digital output technology. Not intended to compete with the larger quantities of Offset Printing, we excel with products that require printing on non-paper substrates. I.e. plastics, synthetic papers, etc.

We know the “Big Stuff” could infer really big, but that’s not our nitch. Our equipment will print up to 5ft. wide, and from roll stock or on flat material up to 2″ thick. The Ink Systems are UV or Solvent-based, depending on the application performance requirements.

It is important to note that we have options for our Digital Print offering, which can be very cost-effective and functional as printing requirements evolve. Additional In-house processes include:

• Screen Printing with UV & Solvent Inks
• Thermal Transfer Printing
• Metal Photo Processing
• Protective Overlaminates
• Applied Pressure Sensitive Adhesives
